The College reserves the right to reassign meeting spaces in the event of an overbooking or other College needs. Events that might be loud (concerts, large receptions) and disruptive to regularly scheduled classes, will not be permitted in classroom areas.

Signage Policy

  • Signage advertising your meeting/event can be posted on bulletin boards, easels and digital signage. 
  • Signage is not permitted on walls, windows, or doors.
  • Signage may only be put up two weeks prior to your event and MUST be removed within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event. 
  • If signage is not taken down within 24 hours, they will be removed and recycled.
  • Only 1 sign per event can be advertised in each lobby space: SOM 1st Floor Lobby, 1st Floor Science Building Lobby, 1st Floor Palace Road Lobby, 1st Floor Lefavour Lobby, 1st Floor MCB Lobby and Fens Lobby.
  • Easels may be requested through Conferences & Special Events.
