All Simmons College students should go to the Campus Card Office in the first floor of the Palace Road Building (P-107) to obtain an ID card.
You can submit your photo online ahead of time and have your ID ready for pick up when you arrive on campus.
There is no charge for your first Simmons Campus Card but if you need to replace a lost or stolen card, there is a $25 replacement fee.
To receive your ID card, you are required to bring one of the following forms of identification to our office:
- Driver's license
- State ID
- US or foreign passport
- Military ID
- INS I-1551 resident alien card
Validating your ID
Each semester for students, a new validation sticker will be available for pickup in Student Financial Services or the Campus Card Office after you have cleared your account with Student Financial Services. Affix this sticker to the back of your ID card to validate your card for the coming academic period. Cards without current validation stickers may not be honored at the Sports Center, the Library, allowed to purchase a Semester Parking Pass, or other services.
