Obtaining Your Simmons ID

All Simmons College students, faculty and staff should go to the Campus Card Office in the first floor of the Palace Road Building (P-107) to obtain an ID card. Your ID will be activated for building access. If you experience any problems with building access, contact Public Safety at 617-521-1112.

You can also submit a photo online and have your ID ready for pick up when you arrive on campus. Please make sure to pay attention to all of the requirements for submitting a photo online.

The Campus Card Office, located on the first floor in the Palace Road Building (Room P-107), issues the Simmons ID card, known as a Fenway Card.  You may visit the office during business hours to obtain a Fenway Card. There is no charge for your first Fenway Card but if you need to replace a lost or stolen card, there is a $25 replacement fee.

Acceptable Forms of Identification

To receive your ID card, please bring one of the following forms of identification to our office:

Driver's license
State ID
US or foreign passport
Military ID
INS I-1551 resident alien card
