No it is not. Parking Cash can only be used for the Simmons Parking Garage. You cannot use your Fenway Cash account to buy Parking Cash.
Fenway Cash represents money linked to your ID card. Once you purchase Fenway Cash, you may use your ID card like cash at participating vendors where Fenway Cash is accepted. When your card is swiped, the amount of your purchase is deducted from your Fenway Cash total.
Yes. In general, Fenway Cash is good anywhere that accepts the Fenway Card. You may request, however, that Fenway Cash be allocated to a Bookstore only or Dining Services only account. Bookstore accounts may only be used to purchase items in the Simmons College Bookstore and funds can be allocated to this account by visiting Student Financial Services, MCB, Room W-207. Dining Service accounts may only be used at Dining Service locations on campus. You can purchase commuter dining plans online through Simmons Dining at the Simmons Campus Dish website.
Your purchases are pre-paid so you never have to worry about carrying cash, checks and credit cards. You cannot spend more than what you have put into your account. You just need your ID card with Fenway Cash to make purchases virtually anywhere you would use money on campus. You may also use the card at select off-campus merchants and the other five Colleges of the Fenway campuses. You will no longer have to run to the bank machine, scrounge for change, or search for your ATM card, credit card, copy card, checks or cash!
You may use Fenway Cash on-campus, at other Colleges of the Fenway campuses and at select off-campus merchants. Check www.fenwaycard.com for the latest listing of locations that accept Fenway Cash.
NOTE: Fenway Cash does not work for Parking Garage, see Parking Cash
No, even if you are of legal age for these products, the merchant agreement stipulates that alcohol or tobacco products are to be paid for separately from Fenway Cash.

Fenway Cash left on your card at the end of the academic year is automatically rolled over for use during the coming year. When you leave the College, you must either use all of your remaining Fenway Cash or close your account.
For your protection, your Fenway Card is non-transferable, and the only person authorized to use your card is you. You may, however, make purchases for your friend by using your card.
Once your Fenway Cash account is activated, your ID card should be treated like cash and protected accordingly. If your card is lost, stolen, misplaced or if you suspect someone is using your card without authorization, you should take the following two steps:
1.Deactivate your account (a) via the website [24/7], or (b) by calling the Fenway Card Service Center [during business hours], or (c) by contacting the Campus Card Office [during business hours].
2.Have your door access deactivated by the Office of Public Safety [24/7].
Here's how you may complete the two steps outlined above:
(a) Visit the website http://www.fenwaycard.com/, log onto your account, and deactivate your card. The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. An immediate deactivation and report will help keep any monetary loss to a minimum.
(b) Call the Fenway Card Service Center at 1-877-263-8340, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) from 8 am to 6 pm. During business hours, telephoning is the best way of minimizing possible losses.
(c) Contact the Campus Card Office during regular business hours for assistance. Palace Road Building, First Floor, Room P-107. 617-521-2273.
Contact the Office of Public Safety at 617-521-1112 to have your door access deactivated. The Public Safety phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
After your account is deactivated, you must come to the Campus Card Office to receive a new ID Card and reactivate your account. Your account cannot be reactivated until you visit the Campus Card Office. If your card was lost, stolen or misplaced, you will be charged a replacement card fee of $25.00. If you suspect unauthorized use, you may be asked to submit a written statement with the details of the transaction(s) in question.
There is no fee to activate the pre-paid service function. There are fees, however, for the following: Lost, stolen, or misplaced card replacement $25, Returned check $20, Inactive account (no transactions for one calendar year) $25. You may close your account without the imposition of a fee by spending your Fenway Cash balance to zero.
Yes. Your Fenway Cash will remain active, semester-to-semester, year-to-year, until you leave the College upon graduation or withdrawal. When your affiliation with the College ends, you must either use your remaining Fenway Cash or close your account.
Fenway Cash remains active as long as you are affiliated with the College and as long as you have Fenway Cash remaining. If you decide to close your account a check will be issued via normal College procedures for any remaining balance and sent to your permanent address.
To apply for a refund, please email email@example.com with your name, ID number, and mailing address.
