2013 Graduation Information

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! All of your academic regalia for Commencement, such as caps and gowns, is available from the Simmons College bookstore.

Regalia Purchase and Rental

You may purchase or order your graduation regalia in the following ways:

• Bachelors Regalia
  • purchase in bookstore starting April 1st
    or
  • ordering form for purchase by mail/fax
• Masters Regalia
  • purchase in bookstore starting April 1st
    or
  • ordering form for purchase by mail/fax
• Ed.S. Regalia
  • ordering form for purchase and rental due April 5th
  • pickup starting May 6
• Doctoral Regalia
  • ordering form for rental due April 5th
  • pickup starting May 6
• Faculty Regalia
  • ordering form for doctoral rental due April 1st
  • ordering form for masters rental due April 1st
  • pickup starting May 6
• Custom Regalia

  • Please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery
  • Please place orders by April 5th

Forms may be dropped off at the bookstore or faxed to 617-521-3098. Orders may be picked up or shipped to your home.

Rental Return Locations

Rental items may be returned at one of the following locations:

• Bookstore booth at Commencement after the ceremony
• Simmons Bookstore

Rental items must be returned to the bookstore by Friday, May 31st.

Class Rings and Personalized Announcements

To order, or for information about class rings and personalized graduation announcement packages, please visit the Balfour website. These items are not available for in-store purchase, and must be ordered directly through Balfour. The bookstore does carry generic announcements in packs of ten for the undergraduate ceremony.
