Didi Hopkins

A former actor, director, and producer, Didi Hopkins has turned her theatrical talents to helping women leaders take their place center stage. Applying the same techniques used in the rehearsal room, she provides experiential training in the art and science of shaping and communicating messages with impact. Hopkins is a senior member of the National Theatre's Theatreworks team, where she has been instrumental in developing leadership programs for global organizations across the private, public, and social sectors. Through Theatre4Business, she is visiting faculty at the Cranfield School of Management's Executive Development Centre, where she contributes to the MBA and other leadership programs. Hopkins is also a regular contributor to programs at the Said (Oxford), HEC, and INSEAD business schools. A world-renowned authority on the theatrical tradition of commedia dell'arte, Hopkins has served as a consultant to the Royal Shakespeare Company and on the National Theatre's award-winning production of One Man, Two Guvnors.
