As vice president of enterprise sales for Cisco Services, Marcy Blair is responsible for the management of service sellers and leadership within Cisco's US Enterprise market segment. She has successfully driven revenue growth in intensely competitive markets, and is recognized for her strong negotiating, collaboration, and team-building talents. With more than 20 years in the communications and computer industries, Blair has rich executive experience at several major corporations. While at Avaya, Blair served as vice president of western region sales, and later built and led the worldwide services sales organization. In her previous role as vice president at Lucent Technologies, she headed up the design and implementation of the company's first global accounts program. And during her tenure at AT&T, Blair ran North American operations, which included compensation, recognition, and customer-facing programs. Blair currently serves on the board of directors of Junior Achievement and of the Alliance for Technology, Learning and Society (ATLAS) at the University of Colorado.
