Simmons College celebrated the 20th anniversary of The Clothesline Project in honor of alumna and domestic violence victim, Betsy McCandless '71. The Clothesline Project is a visual display of t-shirts that bear witness to domestic violence and sexual assault. Each shirt is decorated to represent a person's experience; or as a tribute to someone who has lost their life at the hands of their partner.
