College Counsel

The General Counsel's Office is responsible for providing a wide variety of legal services to the Simmons College Board of Trustees, administrators, faculty, and staff. The General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel advise on regulatory compliance, internal governance, risk management, and commercial transactions, and they engage the services of outside law firms for matters requiring specialized expertise. The General Counsel serves as Vice President, Secretary to the Board of Trustees and Assistant Clerk to the Simmons Corporation.
