Research Interests: Leadership of organizational change

Patricia Kreitz is currently the Dean of Library and Academic Resources at Saint Mary's College of California. Prior to Saint Mary's, she was Director of Technical Information Services and Outreach Manager at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory at Stanford University and previously worked in library and information sciences at UC Berkeley and UC Davis. Pat has extensive experience in strategic planning and project management to meet the differing information needs of the humanities, social sciences and the sciences. Her scholarly work includes publications on leadership, international collaboration, and organizational diversity. Pat received her Masters in Library Science from UC Berkeley and holds the MA in Medieval History and AB in History from UC Davis.
