Jennifer started as doctoral studies program manager in January 2008. She has a B.A. in administrative science from Colby College, an M.B.A. from Boston University, and received her M.S. in library science from Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science in 2008. As a GSLIS student, she interned with the Simmons systems librarian and participated in the School's Fall 2007 information architecture project. Jennifer brings additional expertise to the doctoral studies program from her prior consulting career as an analyst and programmer in both the retail and health care industries. As a volunteer, she has been board co-president of a large YWCA and held key board and committee leadership positions in a library and in various other community initiatives and non-profits.
