Jill Snyder is a Senior Records Analyst in NARA's Northeast Region where she provides records management training and guidance to Federal agencies, as well as records appraisal and scheduling.  She has eight years of experience in the records management field.  Ms. Snyder has also been a lecturer on Archives Management at Salve Regina University in Newport.  Her interests lie in the management of electronic records and social media and the intersection of records, knowledge, and information management.  She is active in both the New England Archivists and the Boston Knowledge Management Forum.  Ms. Snyder has a B.A. in Human Services from Northeastern University, and a M.S. in Library and Information Science from Simmons College.
