Aimee Primeaux
Title: Preservation Consultant


Aimée Primeaux is a Preservation Consultant working from Arlington, Mass. She is the Project Manager for the Northeast Document Conservation Center's COSTEP (Coordinated Statewide Emergency Preparedness) project, and serves as the Coordinator for the American Institute for Conservation's AIC-CERT (Collections Emergency Response Teams). In addition to teaching at GSLIS, she teaches both online and live workshops on preservation and disaster preparedness. Prior to her work as a consultant, she was the Special Projects Coordinator and Field Service Representative for the Northeast Document Conservation Center in Andover, Massachusetts. She has an M.L.S. in Library and Information Science and an M.A. in American History from Simmons College in Boston and a B.A. from Millsaps College in Mississippi. 

Lecturer in LIS 439 - Preservation Management.
