Anne Lawless Croak is the Education Librarian at Simmons College and an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Library and Information Science. After twenty five years as a classroom teacher, a school librarian, and district-wide library, curriculum, and technology administrator in Massachusetts schools, Anne came to Simmons in 2006 as the Curriculum Specialist for MassBLAST, a grant-funded library internship program for high school students.  In her current role as Education Librarian she is responsible for providing student and faculty support for programs in General Education, Special Education, and Behavior Analysis.

As an adjunct, she has supervised LIS 498: Practicum and LIS 499: Practicum students and co-taught LIS 426: Curriculum Frameworks and Instructional Strategies for Library Teachers. She holds an undergraduate degree in Child Development from Stonehill College, a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, and a Master's in Library and Information Science from Simmons College.
