Simmons College

Scot Colford has variously managed web services, integrated library systems, electronic resources, and databases at the Boston Public Libraries since 2003. Before that, he served as the Systems Librarian for Simmons College Libraries. He written and spoken on topics such as content management, emerging technologies, and open-source software. Colford is also an active member of the Massachusetts Library Association, the American Society for Information Science & Technology, and the Code4Lib community. In his spare time, he serves as technical advisor for the Chlotrudis Independent Film Society and sings karaoke.
