Simmons College

Raynna is an Associate of Library Management Consulting (LMC). She provides program reviews and organizational assessments for academic libraries and guides libraries of various types in strategic planning and the development of assessment plans. She regularly consults with the Association of Research Libraries to enable librarians to effectively utilize data obtained from user surveys such as the LIBQUAL+®. She also assists libraries with change management and leadership development and with LMC's core business, library cost analysis studies.

Raynna teaches LIS-404 Principles of Management at both the Boston and GSLIS West campuses. She is also a Recruiting Coordinator for GSLIS West, attracting prospective members to our profession and to the Simmons community. In addition to her MSLS from Simmons GSLIS (1975) Raynna has a Masters in Business Administration.
