Associate, Library Management Consulting
Raynna Bowlby is an associate of Library Management Consulting (LMC). She provides program reviews and organizational assessments for academic libraries and guides libraries of various types in strategic planning and the development of assessment plans. Bowlby regularly consults with the Association of Research Libraries to enable librarians to effectively utilize data obtained from user surveys such as the LIBQUAL+®. She also assists libraries with change management and leadership development and with LMC's core business, library cost analysis studies.
Bowlby teaches LIS-404 (Principles of Management) at both the Boston and GSLIS West campuses. In addition to her MSLS from Simmons GSLIS (1975), she has a master's in business administration.
