Joanne Ren is a knowledge analyst at Bose Corporation. Before that, she held positions at several college libraries, including Emerson and Emmanuel, and taught courses in Chinese language and culture at New England College. Ren received a B.A. from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, a graduate linguistics degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, a master's degree from University of California, an M.L.S. from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA from UMass Amherst.
