Proactive Classroom Strategies

Explores two major themes in education today: 1) the teachers role as a builder of effective relationships the cornerstone of professional growth and development with colleagues, students, principals, and parentswithin the school community; and 2) the teacher as a creator of a gender-fair classroom.
