Job Description:
Company
Cook Associates, Inc. was originally established as a search firm in 1961. Today, we have transformed into the only retained executive search and M&A advisory services firm in the nation. We strive to create value for our clients by delivering global leadership solutions through a range of multi-dimensional offerings:
• Executive Search
• M&A Advisory Services
• CEOVisions®
• River North Search
Our client base ranges from multinational corporations to early stage entrepreneurial companies, private equity and venture capital firms. Brand name clients include American Express, The Blackstone Group, Apple Inc., GTCR, Johnson & Johnson, Juniper Networks, Levi Strauss & Co., Pitney Bowes, and Sirius Satellite Radio.
Cook Associates Executive Search operates domestically through offices around the United States, and serves as the exclusive U.S. partner for InterSearch, one of the world's largest executive search firm consortiums.
With a long-standing history of industry specialization, our executive search Consultants operate within practice areas to maximize reach and knowledge share. The search team is made complete with the inclusion of accomplished Directors and degreed Researchers with access to the latest systems and tools.
Cook Associates, Inc. was one of the first to market in delivering M&A advisory services, having launched this capability in the early 1990s. Since that time, our M&A Advisory Services division has built a track record of connecting top private equity groups and strategic acquirers to ideal M&A opportunities and facilitating their successful closing.
Cook Associates M&A assists private equity groups by helping them define industry investment strategies and market opportunities, while identifying acquisition opportunities on their behalf. Additionally, we develop solutions-based transactions for private business owners and help them identify the best M&A option given their interests.
CEO-caliber executives benefit from our CEOVisions® program. Arguably the only M&A group offering such a unique CEO sponsorship program, we have a history of successfully partnering world-class executive talent with private equity funding to create market-leading companies.
At Cook Associates, Inc., we value hard work and integrity. We are obsessed with quality and demand excellence in service delivery. We believe that lasting relationships are built on performance and follow-through and so our involvement continues long after the project has been completed.
