Job Description:
We are looking to add a high-energy, results-oriented Investor Relations associate to our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, this team member will manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced company environment. This role is key in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive strategic investor relations and corporate communications program.
Duties Include:
• Update and maintain corporate collateral including
website content, information kits, fact sheets,
corporate presentation
• Organize investor visits and events (analyst day, road
shows, in-house visits, bus tours, etc)
• Organize conference participation and webcasts
• Conference call logistics and issuing press releases
• Maintain IR calendar
• Update and maintain databases and lists
• Participate in development of investor presentations,
press releases, scripts, Q&A documents
• Respond to investor requests in a timely manner
• Support shareholder intelligence efforts
• Monitor and distribute media clips/analyst reports
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure highest quality
and efficiency
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Qualified candidates should have:
- 2-3 years IR related experience
- Bachelor's degree in business related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially power
point)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and see
tasks through to completion under tight deadlines
- Able to multi-task and handle requests quickly and
efficiently
- Pro-active and self-motivated with a strong sense of
accountability

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the project management of admission print publications and other college marketing materials of institutional importance, creating and managing project schedules, setting priorities, ensuring that standards are met, and overseeing all aspects of the publication process.
Responsibilities include engaging and supervising designers, photographers, writers, and printers to produce brand-appropriate, strategic, and effective marketing print materials; and collaborating with Marketing Department staff and Simmons admission offices.
Requirements:
Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing, public relations, or communications-related field and a minimum of 5 years of solid experience conceptualizing, developing, and managing marketing publications and multimedia marketing collateral; experience in managing creative teams, vendors, and production schedules; strong time management skills to prioritize and multi-task, develop production schedules, and handle a number of projects simultaneously; excellent planning and analytical skills; initiative, follow-through, and ability to work well in a team as well as independently; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; thorough knowledge of, and experience with, Quark, Illustrator, and Photoshop on Macintosh platform; a high level of exhibited creativity and creative problem-solving; strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate productively with all levels in the organization; and support for education, particularly women's education. Knowledge of pre-press and production highly desired. Experience with higher education publications background preferred.
