Congratulations to MCM graduate Alice Stein, '03, who was recently nominated to the Board of Directors at AMA Boston as the Vice President of Membership, and also to Judith Johnson, '00, who joined Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. Johnson became Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Roger Williams June 25, 2007.

Ellen Lennon, '98, who writes about local artists for the Falmouth Enterprise Newspaper, has her own ongoing exhibit this summer at the Ballymeade Country Club in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
Cynthia Whitty, '89, of Ashland, Massachusetts, who you may have known as Cynthia Nadreau, was recently put in charge of marketing and public relations at Information Mapping, Inc., where she has worked for six years.
Meanwhile, MCM alum Jennifer Capshaw, '05, welcomed new family member Brendan Wallace Capshaw in January. And Shannon Emerson, a 2007 graduate of the program who is also recently engaged, launched an integrated marketing and communications company In Full Force, based on her Applied Learning Project.
This summer Nicole Leblanc, a Boston area MCM student who works in advancement at Simmons College, will be promoted to assistant director of marketing and communications.
Lisa Palmer, Rhode Island journalist and current MCM student, was awarded first place in the 'Best Feature Writing' category by Rhode Island Press Association for 2006.
