Graduate Studies Application

This application may be used for all College of Arts and Science Graduate Studies programs:

Transfer Credit

Under special circumstances, a student may receive credit (maximum of 8 credits) for graduate work completed at another accredited institution. Students must complete a Petition for Transfer of Credit and submit it to the program director for approval and processing.

Financial Aid Forms
