Graduate Studies Application
This application may be used to apply for all master's level programs in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Doctoral Programs Application
This application may be used to apply for the Ph.D. programs in Applied Behavior Analysis, Educational Leadership, and Health Professions Education.
Certificate Programs Applications
Transfer Credit
Under special circumstances, a student may receive credit (maximum of 8 credits) for graduate work completed at another accredited institution. Students must complete a Petition for Transfer of Credit and submit it to the program director for approval and processing.
