There has been an increase in interest in women only leadership development programs in the last decade. However, the nature of how women learn leadership and the processes and components within the program design that produce behavioral and attitudinal changes remain under researched.

So come join scholars Estelle Archibold, Lynda Moore and Susan Vinnicombe to explore transformational learning in women's leadership programs. They will offer insights from their research on a leading professional services firm's women's leadership program for high potential partners. You'll hear their specific transformational learning insights from the research as well as their alternative model of current transformational learning models.
