Leading High Performing Teams

This interactive workshop is designed for women who are new and experienced team leaders and want to develop cutting-edge strategies for enhancing their team's performance.

As a participant, you will:

· Identify strategies for building goals, roles, and norms that allow for diverse members to contribute, pre-empt conflict, and increase the likelihood of optimal team output.
· Use a Communication Styles diagnostic that provides a framework for effectively managing team dynamics.
· Determine how to create alliances with other teams and build constituencies that can enhance your team's performance.
· Analyze case studies that highlight women protagonists and determine how gender expectations may have a differential impact on your role as a team leader.
· Network and share best practices with women team leaders from other organizations.
