Alumnae are our most valued resource at the Simmons School of Management. The Simmons School of Management's Office of Development and Alumnae Relations (ODAR) strives to connect alumnae to the School and each other. Comprised of over 5,000 women across the US and abroad, who have graduated from the school's internationally known MBA and Executive Education programs, the SOM alumnae network is diverse and growing. The SOM is deeply committed to its mission of educating women for power and leadership and to building the school as the center for women, management and leadership. Our purpose in the ODAR is to strengthen the alumnae network through continued learning and connection, and to help secure the resources required for the SOM's continued growth and success.
