This fall has been packed with interesting events at Simmons. From our discussion with Dr. Joyce Fletcher on women doing "invisible work" to a conference on our research on middle schoolers' career choices to Strategic Leadership for Women, it's been an invigorating and rewarding few months. I'm delighted to share some of the highlights from these events in this newsletter.

There are several more interesting programs happening before we end the year. In particular, we'd love to have you join us on 12/12/12 for "Gender Diversity in US Company Boardrooms," a lunch and panel discussion we're hosting with 2020 Women on Boards. You may also be interested in the Center for Gender in Organizations' program on "The Global Woman Manager: The Story behind the Story" on December 6th. Information on all the CGO's events can be found here.

In other news, we’re delighted that Princeton Review has named Simmons the number 1 MBA  in the country for "Best Opportunities for Women" for the 4th year in a row. In addition, we’re number 5 in the newly created category of "Best Green MBA."

I welcome your feedback! If you have topics you would like us to include in our next newsletter, or other suggestions to make our communications more useful for you, please email me directly at elisa.vandam@simmons.edu.

Best,
