Well, after about a month of school things are going alright. As a physical therapy major I have to take chemistry this year which has really been a struggle for me. I studied for hours and hours for my first exam. I reviewed all material in the book and in the notes from class,made a study guide, made flashcards, and went to the study groups. Going into the room I was feeling confident that I knew the material. I finished the exam and was quite sure that I did well. Come to find out I failed miserably!!! and pretty much everyone else in my class did too! When I got my exam back I was stunned that I did so poorly. The result of my hard long hours of studying has left me feeling very discouraged. This week I am going to see about getting a tutor for chemistry and hopefully that will help. Also, maybe learn some more effective ways to study. Hopefully I can bring my grade up!!
