Amy's Biography
As I begin my third year at Simmons, I am amazed to realize that I have been in school for fifteen years, not even counting pre-school! Despite the fact that nearly three-quarters of my life have been spent learning, I am not sick of it yet.
I am a junior Communications major on the Public Relations/Marketing Communications track. I would love to be able to use my major in the music industry someday. I am from Massachusetts, and although I greatly enjoyed my first two years of living on campus, this will be my first year commuting from home.
Outside of classes, I am a co-leader of Simmons Christian Fellowship (SCF) and I serve on the college's Honor Board. I have worked in the Undergraduate Admissions office for the past two years, and this year I am excited to be their event intern. I love to read and write, brag about my nieces, listen to music (especially live), try new restaurants, shop at Target, and do anything that involves lots of laughter.
