HAPpy Birthday Heather Anne! :)

Yesterday was Heather's 21st Birthday but we celebrated on Saturday night. With a nice dinner out and some sparkling wine at midnight, I'd say it was a pretty nice time. It was nice to hang out with friends and enjoy some time away from the books.

My exams finish up in two and a half days! I will be a free woman...so much studying to do until then. Time to buckle down and finish off the year in style.

Enjoy some pictures from the other night. We had a great time and I am sure going to miss all of my fabulous friends here in London and those who will be Stateside but far away...

Woo! I will write more soon. Life has been pretty bland studying, procrastinating and stressing (or not...) over my exams. But surely I will have more to share soon! P.S. The weather is London has gone straight to Autumn, I think we had about a week of summer and now we're back to the cold... *sigh*

May 20th? WHAT?!

Things have been crazy! My favorite Erin Murphy came to visit me on June 5th and we toured all around London before hopping the Eurostar on the 11th to Paris! We had such a fabulous time talking about our Study Abroad experiences (she did SAS last semester and it has been really awesome to hear her stories and learn all about her mysterious last four months). It was great catching up and spending time with Erin and we found out that we will be living VERY close to each other this coming year. Here are a couple random photos of Erin’s visit. I am so lucky to have such a great friend.

The day Erin left my hometown friend Ally arrived with her roommate for the first stop on their very own little Eurotrip. I hadn’t seen Ally since last summer at my birthday so it was a treat to have her here, on her very first trip abroad! Our visit was a little shorter but she got to meet some of my friends and enjoy tea made my friend Edward, who, if you knew Edward, you would know that he is the man you go to when you need the perfect cup of tea. They left Thursday morning for Paris and I pretended to study that day. We had CU that afternoon and I was really encouraged by the people I have shared my life with here at the LSE. God is working and I feel like I have not really been taking part, at least too much on campus, but I know that this year has been really important in terms of finding where I fit and how I can be active in many different roles in whatever Christian community I am a part of.

Today, like yesterday, will be spent studying and hopefully it will be really productive! First I am meeting up with Heather at Borough Market for lunch then we’re going to hit the books. Last night I helped my friend celebrate her birthday, it was awesome. Oh and, rain is forecasted for the next…week plus. I guess rain is just easy to predict and usually right…

I will add pictures later!
