
- Attend Leadership Day each fall (this year is Oct. 29, 2005).
- Write one “President’s Letter” to your class a year.
- Keep in regular contact with the Office of Alumnae/i Relations.
- Report contact information changes that you learn about.
- Serve as an ex-officio member of any class committee, except the nominating committee.

- Assist the Class President with letters to classmates.
- Serve as Reunion Chair in your reunion year, to plan your class event to celebrate five years out.

- Decide whether dues are necessary to conduct the business of your class (for postage, events, publications, etc.).
- Establish appropriate amount to help support non-College mailings and reunion events.
- Send class dues notices with the President’s Letter.
- Keep records of dues payments made by individual class members.

- Keep accurate minutes of all class meetings and send them to your fellow class officers.
- Send news requests to classmates on a regular basis.
- Mail Class Notes, to be published in the Simmons Review, to the Office of Alumnae/i Relations.

- Work closely with Annual Giving to increase participation in Simmons Fund within your class.
- Coordinate fundraising activities for your class with a special focus on Reunion giving.
