Simmons 2005 Elections
Graduation
Tassle

Dear Seniors

In a few short weeks you will become the newest members of the Simmons College Alumnae Association. As you begin new careers in new cities, you will find Simmons continuing to be an important part of your life. We hope you will keep in touch through Alumnet, the online community; your annual class letter; class notes in Simmons Review and online; mini-reunions; regional club activities; and by attending your fifth-year Reunion in 2010!

I invite and encourage each of you to vote for the slate of 2005 Alumnae Class Officers. As a class, you will elect a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, a Secretary, and a Class agent. Click on the link below for the voting form and a brief description of the roles of each officer. These officers serve a five-year term, which begins upon graduation. The Office of Alumnae/i Relations and the Alumnae Association provide training and assistance to all new officers.

Your vote must be received no later than Thursday, May 5 in order to be counted in the election. (Elected officers will be notified in order to accept their position.) The new slate of officers will be announced at the Senior Wine and Cheese event on Tuesday, May 10 at the Living Room in Boston. We know this is a busy time for all of you, but please consider attending this excellent networking opportunity and celebration. Enjoy your final semester at Simmons and best wishes with your future endeavors.
