Exhibitor Invite

Beginning Teacher Center Conference

The Beginning Teacher Center of Teachers21 and Simmons College We will be updating our site with new institute and event information soon!

Dear Colleague and Potential Exhibitor,

The Beginning Teacher Center of Teachers21 and Simmons College, the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, and the National Commission on Teaching and America's Future invite you to exhibit at our National Conference Growing the Future: Meeting the National Challenge to Recruit, Develop, and Retain New Teachers. The conference will be held in Boston from March 25th to the 27th, 2007 at the Marriott Long Wharf Hotel.

We are inviting educational publishers and providers of services to administrators, leaders, teachers, students, and families to reserve an exhibit space, capitalize on a valuable networking opportunity for your organization, and stand at the forefront of this new teacher movement. Your acceptance will grant you:

  • An opportunity to display and distribute information about your company's products, services and materials.
  • Opportunities to listen to and participate in stimulating discussions with a national pool of educators.
  • Potential to shape future client relationships.

Conference participants will have many chances to visit the exhibit area:

  • Registration, lunches, and breakout sessions are located close to exhibitor table.
  • Time to visit exhibitors has been built into daily conference schedule.

The fee for exhibiting during March 26-27 is $750.00. Registration fees will be waived for one attendee from an exhibiting organization. Recognition as well as product/contact information for each exhibitor will be included in the conference program. Upon registering, you will receive exhibit packets with detailed information about important conference logistics.

Additionally, we would like to offer you Sponsorships Opportunities. Please see the "Sponsorship" form for details and simply mark "Exhibitor Space Reservation" form if you are interested in sponsoring.

About the conference: Over 500 superintendents, central office administrators including personnel directors, administrators, school committee members, veteran and beginning teachers, and higher education administrators and faculty from across the country will gather to address the lack of strong, systematic teacher induction programs as a national education crisis.

Sessions will highlight renowned national leaders and practitioners in the education field, including Jonathan Kozol and Daniel Goleman, who will tackle the challenges new teachers face and encourage a community driven systems approach to teacher attrition.

Please indicate on the included form whether your organization wishes to reserve exhibit space at our 2007 Conference and return the form (contact info on form) to us no later than August 2006. Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
