The hood colors depend on the degree that you are receiving, so please give the correct wording of your degree when buying your regalia. Doctoral Students: You will be renting your doctoral regalia and therefore must preorder your tam, gown, hood and tassel through the bookstore. Forms will be available at the Bookstore Commencement website by March 17th, and can be emailed or faxed to the bookstore. PLEASE NOTE- The deadline for preordering your doctoral regalia is April 14th. If you wish to purchase fine quality regalia instead of renting, please call the bookstore for more information or use this form. After the ceremony, you must return your rental regalia to the bookstore, either in person or via mail. If we do not receive your regalia back by May 29th, you will be charged a late fee. Specialist in Education Students: You will be renting your doctoral gown and purchasing your cap, hood and tassel through the bookstore. Forms will be available at the Bookstore Commencement website by March 17th, and can be emailed or faxed to the bookstore. PLEASE NOTE- The deadline for preordering regalia is April 14th. To order, or for information about class rings and personalized graduation announcement packages, please visit Balfour.com. These items are not available for in-store purchase, and must be ordered directly through Balfour. The bookstore does carry generic announcements in packs of ten for the undergraduate ceremony, for $12.00 each.
