Jobs & Internships

Simmons College and the CEC are dedicated to providing students with information about opportunities to gain work experience both on- and off-campus and provides online job boards designed to list opportunities offered specifically to Simmons students.

CareerLink

CareerLink is the Simmons CEC online job posting service for internships, full-time jobs, and other off-campus work opportunities. Discipline-specific Job Resources

As the graduate programs at Simmons span a number of different disciplines, there is a wealth of different resources and databases for job opportunities within each. To find these resources visit the Career Resources page for graduate students in this section as well as the pages for the respective graduate Academic Programs & Careers.

Other Internet Job Boards and Job Search Aggregators

In addition to the Simmons job boards, there is a wealth of job listings available online at various websites. Some of these sites are aimed at both the general population, such as Monster.com and Craig's List, and some are for specific populations, such as Career Rookie for entry level jobs and industry-specific sites such as Nurse Job Shop for nurses. Many of these sites are readily available to Simmons students through the Beatley Library Career Resources pages

Rather than posting jobs directly from employers, aggregators such as Indeed.com and SimplyHired.com search and compile lists of results from different job banks and corporate sites, making them a convenient one-stop shop for the job seeker.
