Namaste! Yoga club is one of the most popular Fit at Simmons clubs! Yoga club meets two to three times weekly at the Sports Center on the residence campus and is led by Simmons student and long-time yoga practitioner Khaladie Darcy. Bringing your own yoga mat is encouraged, but not necessary. Yoga club is appropriate for students of all levels, from beginner to experienced.

Khaladie is an Exercise Science and Studio Art major, as well as an aspiring yoga instructor and massage therapist. She is interested in how lifestyle and holistic complimentary health care play a role in physical, mental, and emotional health and wants to inspire others to find physical activities they are passionate about, and to share her knowledge and experience with yoga. In her spare time she enjoys writing, reading, creating art, practicing yoga, and baking vegan treats.
