The Center for Academic Support offers academic support, services, and resources to enhance the learning experience and encourage the highest level of scholarship and achievement possible for all Simmons undergraduate and graduate students. Some of the services the CAA offers include: placement exams, support for students with disabilities, tutoring, and resources for faculty and advising.

Writing Center
In affiliation with the CAA, the Writing Center also offers one-on-one peer tutoring, workshops and presentations designed to strengthen students' academic reading, writing, critical thinking, and research skills.
