I am a male, in my 30's and attending Simmons College graduate school. I am looking for a quiet, responsible working students (one that keeps normal regular hours), to share a clean apt on a quiet street in Jamaica Plain. Looking for someone that is upbeat and positive. This is not a party house. Quiet hours in the building are 11pm - 8am. The apt is a couple of minutes walking distance from Forest Hills , orange line and buses, near shops, restaurants, laundromats and grocery stores. The people on the street are a very friendly, diverse group. Share electric and gas heating (heat kept low during Winter). $25 - $90 a month internet is $15/mth This is a convenient location to anywhere in the city. Simmons is about 15-20minutes away by bus or train. There are great green spaces, i.e. Arnold Arboreteum, within walking distance. Lease Sept 1st 2013- August 31, 2014. no pets , no smoking, no loud tv/video/music, no slamming doors etc./ no drugs/alcohol (the occasional micro-brew is okay) No incense, scented candles, strong cologne, smoky cooking oil (stove does not have fan) because I am allergic. Two rooms are adjacent to the kitchen, so the kitchen is closed after 11pm. Email if you are interested in a good place to live. Please tell me something about yourself and what kind of situation you are looking for.
