I have a large room in a 3-bed apartment available Feb 1-share apt with me, my 9 year old daughter and our cat who is a sweet as can be. 1 bathroom. We live in Roslindale, off Center St. right on the MBTA #38 to the #39 bus (takes you to Simmons- Huntington ave) Near commuter Train-to Ruggles Station. We are quiet and very busy with kid activities. My daughter visits her dad every other weekend. I work from home (Ed. Publishing) and we're usually home at dinner time- we could sometimes have dinner together but I can't promise to be home every night as we sometimes we go out. I've had students from Simmons College stay with us before also from Harvard Medical School and Boston School of Modern Languages. Room is available until end of May 2013. Rent is $700/all utilities included. I can also supply breakfast. There's laundry in my apartment so you don't have to run out in the cold!! I would like a female student if possible/ The room can be shared by 2 students at $600 each. Please contact me for pictures! Thanks.
