I am looking for a roommate after my current one moves out at the end of August. The apartment is basement level and comfortable with a big kitchen. Every room is furnished but the second bedroom. We are right on the B line and only a ten minute walk from both the C and the D lines, so it is an easy commute to Simmons. Because I am graduating in December, I will likely only be in the apartment until the end of that month. Therefore, I would either need a roommate who only needs a place for three month, or who is willing to sublet my room after I move.
