I'm looking to sublet my huge, fully-furnished room for 6 months (preferably) starting in January. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and located in the heart of JP. It is steps to the restaurants and shops on Centre St. as well as several
bus lines (including 39). It is a 10-15 min walk to Green St. and Forest Hills T stops.
My roommates are a recent Simmons grad and a recent Northeastern grad, both currently working 9-5.
We're looking for someone who is very responsible, mature, queer-friendly, and fairly clean.
