Hi I'm looking to rent my room starting on January 1st, 2013, but I would be willing to move out by December 15th 2012. The original lease goes through September 1st, 2013 with the option to renew. The room is large with two large windows. The apartment is a two bedroom split on Boylston Street near Fenway Park. The rental price includes heat and hot water.
My roommate is a nurse practitioner student at Simmons College who is friendly and easy to get along with. The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to T lines, Area Schools, Longwood Medical, shops, restaurants and parks.
