The Office of Student Leadership and Activities has put together the following resources to help students manage their organization. Here you will find all of the forms you need to purchase items from the bookstore, creating a contract for a lecturer or performer, directions for reimbursements and more!
Depending on the type of event you are hosting and the venue you will need, the reservation source will change. Conferences & Special Events has a variety of spaces for programs and events- including a spacious conference center, intimate meeting rooms, lecture halls, and multimedia electronic classrooms available for reservations. A Request Form must be completed in order to accommodate your needs through Conferences & Special Events. The Office of Student Leadership and Activities will need to approve your reservation for your even prior to is confirmation.

If you are looking to use the Sports Center for your event, you will need to use the Online Reservations form to request use of space. If you have any additional questions such as the capabilities of the space, please email email@example.com
The Office of Student Leadership and Activities has a large inventory of items used from past programs. This is a great way to maintain sustainable programming, save money and store resources. The items are available by signing them out. The closet has anything you can think of for your program. Inventory can be found here.
