Overdue library book
Constantly losing things...
Hi viewers! My name is Sandy. If you really know me, you would know that I constantly lose everything. I probably lost and replaced my retainers about seven times now and each time I replace them it is about four hundred dollars. :/
Recently, I misplaced my retainers again! I have three theories as to where they might be. Theory 1: somewhere hidden in my dorm. Theory 2: At my house. Theory 3: At the dump. So, I'm a little frustrated with myself.
I know you must be thinking, duh...just put them in the same spot every time you get up to brush your teeth, but unfortunately for me, it's harder for me to do than say. If I don't find them in the next two weeks, I am going to have to go onto my eighth pair. I am not a happy camper.
On that note, I wanted to talk about my overdue library book. At this point you must be thinking that I am very irresponsible, but I swear that I am responsible! I guess you just have to trust me on that one. :) But have you ever checked out a book from the library that you really wanted to read but never ever could make time for? Well, that's what happened to me.
While browsing through the library, I found this really cool book about different medical careers and a description of what steps I might want to take if I am looking into the medical field. I've had this book checked out before winter break and I've renewed it three times.
I got a late notice last week and I figured, okay, if I haven't had the chance to read it by now, I should give someone else the chance to read it and see what medical career they are interested in. So, I take that book off my shelf and put it into my back pack, ready to return it to the office where I borrowed it.
When I got there, the kind lady was like, "Oh, that office moved" and so I was like, okay I guess I will just return it another day. But, long story short, I can't find my overdue library book anymore. Theory 1: It's in my room somewhere. Theory 2: It's at my house. Theory 3: I returned it to the wrong office.
Speaking of libraries, have you heard about that racist chick ranting about Asians in the library? How rude! (I read online that she is receiving death threats and she might've dropped out of college.) Watch the video and let me know what you think!
But on a more positive note, listen to this music video to cheer you up after you watch the rant.
Until next time! :)
