Visit Simmons at a local college fair
Did you know that our undergraduate admission counselors spend the majority of the fall traveling to college fairs across the U.S.? It's one of the best ways for them to meet with high school students who may be interested in attending Simmons.
Admission Counselor Kathy Strand recently was spotted talking to prospective students at the 46th All-Cape College Fair in Barnstable, Mass. The fair was held at Barnstable High School, where students and their families had the opportunity to meet with more than 200 colleges and universities, including Simmons. Mary Bellamy, college counselor at Cape Cod Academy and chairwoman of the fair said:
"[The college fair] allows [students] to make a personal contact with an admissions representative who may handle their application. It allows them to ask any questions they have about the process to the representative of that college."
Simmons counselors make it a priority to attend as many college fairs as possible so that everyone has an opportunity to learn more about Simmons. Check out our events map to see where they'll be next!
