Conetta's Take: An attacking sensation, Nicky will be playing both Outside and Right side for the Sharks in 2008. Coming from the off-season with a severe ankle injury has yet to stop the work ethic Nicky has shown since her first year as a freshman in 2007. Look for Nicky to give the Sharks a spark when needed, as this athlete is a true sensation on the court, with her positive attitude, and her determination to win.
2007: Had 136 kills and 112 digs in 62 games played ... finished the season ranked second on the team in service aces with 39 ... recorded four double-doubles on the season ... tallied a career high 14 digs against Mount Ida on Oct. 13 ... ranked among Great Northeast Athletic Conference leaders in service aces per game 0.63 ... made collegiate debut against Worcester Polytechnic Institute on Sept. 4.
