Bob Rauseo enters his fourth season as Simmons College head Tennis coach. In his three seasons, Rauseo has led his squad to a 38-14 overall record and a 27-2 mark against Great Northeast Athletic Conference foes. In 2005, Rauseo led the Sharks to a 12-2 record and their second straight Great Northeast Athletic Conference title. He was named the league's 2005 Coach of the Year. In 2006, Simmons went 14-5, took home their third straight conference championship and earned the program's first NCAA Tournament berth, garnering him Coach of the Year honors for the second straight season. The 2007 Sharks finished 11-6 and were ranked #25 in the ITA Northeast fall rankings, a program best.
Prior to coming to Simmons, Rauseo was the varsity tennis coach at Mt. Alvernia high school in 2005. He was a club professional at the Charles River Park Tennis Club for 21 years and has served as a promoter for the National Tennis Tournament of Boston. Rauseo, who currently coaches girl's tennis at The Winsor School, also coached the men's program at Suffolk University in 1985. He currently serves on the ITA Division III Ranking Committee, as well as the NCAA Division III Regional Advisory Committee.
Rauseo, a four-year standout at Suffolk from 1981-84, was selected the team's most valuable player in each of his last three seasons. A three-time captain, Rauseo set a program record with 19 consecutive wins at the top position and was ranked among New England's top twenty players. In May of 2007, Rauseo became the first tennis player inducted into Suffolk's Athletic Hall of Fame.
Rauseo, a native of Boston, MA, earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Suffolk in 1984 and a master's in business administration in 1990. He is the Associate Director of financial aid and an adjunct professor at his alma mater.
Alex Yudelevich
Assistant Tennis Coach, Athletics

Alex Yudelevich is entering her first year as Assistant Tennis Coach at Simmons College. Her role includes assisting Head Coach Rauseo with team training and game day preparation.
Yudelevich graduated from Simmons in May 2008 with a degree in Biology and Education. One of the most successful players in program history, Yudelevich played the number one singles and doubles spot for the Sharks for four years. Among her athletic achievements, Yudelevich served as team Captain for her last three years. She was honored with the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Player of the Year award in 2007, as well as the Athletic Director's Senior Award in 2008. In 2006, Yudelevich competed in the Maccabi Sports for Israel Games in Australia, and came home with a Silver medal in doubles.
In addition to her coaching duties, Yudelevich is currently working toward her master's in Elementary Education at Simmons.
