FitFighting (new!)
Part boxing, part martial arts, FitFighting is like the MMA championship without the bloodshed! You will block, punch and kick you way though combinations and drills all while having fun, working up a sweat and learning the physical and mental challenges of the art form. FitFighting will get your heart pumping, increase you agility and stability and basically turn you into one tough chick. FitFighting works all the major muscle groups, and some you probably didn’t even know you had! No previous experience or equipment necessary. Sweat Level: 3
Firm & Burn
A full body workout using your own body weight and resistance to firm muscles, burn calories and have fun. Combine lunges, squats and push ups, add in some cardio moves and sprinkle in some high energy music and you've got the recipe for Firm & Burn. Sweat Level: 3
Cardio Salsa (new!)
A great new trend in combining Latin dance style with the cardio advantages of exercise! Salsa is one of many styles of Latin dances from around the world. By combining the sassy moves of Salsa with active cardio movement, a different style of exercise is born! All fitness and dance levels welcome. Sweat Level: 2
Spinning I
Using classic Spinning techniques and influences, this indoor cycling class focuses on a total body workout with both cardio and strength training combined. The instructor will carry you through an array of different movements and positions on the bike to target specific muscle groups and get your heart pumping. Because each bike has its own knob to adjust the weight on the fly wheel, people taking this class can make it as easy or as difficult as they like, however, due to the nature of the class it would at the least be a 3 in difficulty. Sweat level: 3
Cardio Kick
Kickboxing is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating. It's the non-contact kickboxing workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 60-minute exercise routine. It's a complete body workout that will make you lean and tone while building a positive self-image, increasing your self-confidence and reducing your stress level. Kickboxing classes are for everyone - from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. Wear comfortable clothing. Sweat Level: 3
Power Yoga
Power yoga is a challenging style of yoga and appeals to those who are already quite fit and want minimal chanting and meditation with their yoga. There is an emphasis on strength and flexibility through challenging poses for a great workout. This is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga. Sweat level: 3
Rock Hard Core (new!)
Want to firm it up? Then get in here! Exercise for abs and gluteus maximus are the primary exercises. In addition to strength training for the muscle groups comprising abs and glutes, additional Pilates-style movements are included for muscle groups that connect to these areas. This is a total core training class that will get you tight and toned. Sweat Level: 3
Learn to Dive
Ever wanted to dive like the Olympic athletes? Have experience in gymnastics or diving? Join Simmons' Diving coach, Erin Rowe and learn to dive. The class will include basic technical instruction while diving from springboards. Please wear a bathing suit and bring your own towel. Sweat Level:3

Set up an appointment with your very own trainer who will design a program specifically for you. Individual and small-group options are available.
