Zumba
Fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. This one hour calorie-burning and body-energizing class will make you love working out! The routine features both fast and slow rhythms, and incorporates resistance training to help tone and sculpt one’s body while burning fat. Sweat Level: 3

Spinning 1
Using classic Spinning techniques and influences, this indoor cycling class focuses on a total body workout with both cardio and strength training combined. The instructor will carry you through an array of different movements and positions on the bike to target specific muscle groups and get your heart pumping. Because each bike has its own knob to adjust the weight on the fly wheel, people taking this class can make it as easy or as difficult as they like. Sweat Level: 3

Cardio Kick
Kickboxing is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating. It's the non-contact kickboxing workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 60-minute exercise routine. It's a complete body workout that will make you lean and tone while building a positive self-image, increasing your self-confidence and reducing your stress level. Kickboxing classes are for everyone - from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. Wear comfortable clothing. Sweat Level: 3

Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a high energy, high intensity cardio and strength workout that incorporates a variety of different workouts and routines that are bound to improve you overall fitness level. Wear comfortable clothing. Sweat Level: 3

Yoga
Yoga is a calm and relaxing class that allows you to listen to your body and let go. Guided by the connection between breath and movement, students are led through gentle stretches, standing postures and deep relaxation. The class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance while creating inner peace. All levels welcome. Sweat Level: 2

Wild Card
This class incorporates a variety of exercises such as cardio kick, dance aerobics, spinning, step, and power yoga. Every week will be something different! Sweat Level: 3

Hip Hop Yoga
A fitness based, vinyasa style yoga class with a hip hop music playlist. Traditional yoga poses will be used to increase strength, flexibility, and balance with the added distraction of fun music. Sweat Level: 2

Intense Interval
Be prepared to burn calories in this one hour class! For five to ten minutes you will get your heart pumping and energy flowing with cardio intervals. After that you will sculpt your way into a tighter body with activities for your core, upper and lower body. This class will be a combination or cardio and sculpting exercises. Be sure to bring a water bottle and prepare to sweat! Sweat Level: 3

Learn to Dive
Is for anyone who has ever wished they could do more than a front dive off of a springboard. This class is open to individuals of all levels. Participants with little or no diving experience will learn the basics such as standard approaches, line-ups, conditioning exercises and of course dives. More experienced divers are also welcome as the course can be tailored to individual. All participants will have the opportunity to use the College's state-of-the-art training equipment, which includes a trampoline and dry board station. Sweat Level:1

Train like an Athlete
A class for actice women to improve muscular strength, endurance and body composition. Using free-weights and agility exercises to increase foot speed. You will learn the correct biomechanics for each exercise and will feel more confident in the weight room. Sweat Level: 3

Super Step & Sculpt NEW!
If you like to burn a lot of calories while having fun this class is for you! No experience in step is needed! Everyone is welcome! Step routines will be fun and simple while getting your heart pumping! Following the step routines will be sculpting exercises for your upper, lower, and abdominal muscles to get a toner body! Be prepared to have fun and sweat! Sweat Level: 3
